ch160 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ch160 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services on this platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. All terms are in Bahasa Melayu and apply to users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using the ch160 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
To use the ch160 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum age under applicable local law, whichever is higher.
- Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law.
- Registering with personal information that is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- Not maintaining more than one active account at any time.
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements above or do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ch160 platform. The platform reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any user suspected of not meeting these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the ch160 platform. Registration requires your full name, an active phone number and any other information requested during the sign-up process. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ch160 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately through your account settings and contact customer support.
All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
User responsibilities include:
- Not sharing login credentials with any other party.
- Not using another person's account, even with their permission.
- Reporting any suspicious activity to customer support promptly.
- Ensuring that the bank account you register belongs to you.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the ch160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received. ch160 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers.
For withdrawals, users must first complete the identity verification (KYC) process if requested. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times vary by method and can be checked on the platform or through customer support.
Ch160 reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. If an investigation confirms a violation, the account balance may be frozen or forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all ch160 platform users:
- Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities or technical errors on the platform.
- Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the ch160 platform.
Ch160 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. The platform is provided "as is" and ch160 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors or factors beyond the platform's control.
Ch160's maximum liability to any user claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising. The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property

Ch160 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any terms in this document. Grounds that may lead to account suspension or closure include:
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Having multiple active accounts.
- Violating the established rules of play.
- Failing to complete identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons with no terms violations, any remaining balance will be refunded to the user after deducting applicable administrative costs, if any, within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ch160 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software and user interfaces — is the property of ch160 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ch160 platform may contain references or links to third-party content. ch160 is not responsible for the accuracy, security or content of any third-party websites and does not represent or endorse such content.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ch160 reserves the right to modify, update or revise any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's own responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the ch160 platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
This Terms & Conditions document is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the ch160 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
